Description: Procedural fidelity refers to the degree to which treatment procedures are implemented as intended. This CEU presentation will review the importance of procedural fidelity in supporting clinical excellence and improving client outcomes. The training will provide effective and practical ways to incorporate procedural fidelity into your supervision sessions. Participants will learn how Behavior Skills Training (BST), an evidence-based practice, can be used to strengthen procedural fidelity while providing an objective framework for feedback and data-based decision making. The presentation will also highlight how procedural fidelity and supervision practices can support behavior technician performance and job satisfaction.
